What is the return policy?
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.
We have free extended holiday returns, too. To ensure your recipients love their holiday gifts, orders shipped between November 15 through December 15 may be returned through January 15, free of charge and no questions asked. Our regular 30-day return policy resumes on December 15.
What are the shipping options?
For standard orders within US, we offer fast and free shipping on every order.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
The price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
When will I receive my order?
We process orders 1 to 2 days and all the express delivery methods take about 3-7 working days to arrive;
What do I do if I never received my order?
If the package was confirmed lost during the transportation, we will refund or resend the order as per your choice.
If the online tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you did not receive the package, you need to make a claim
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If the package was confirmed to be defective, we will refund or resend the order as per your choice. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package.
Where are you located?

Can I make any changes to my order and how?
Yes. Just submit a ticket or feel free to send an email to morris@claudiabydesignshop.com if you want to make any change to your order including cancel or add items, change the delivery method etc. We will do it for you.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our gold and sterling silver jewelry are made elegantly by our high-end machines and quadruple-checked by our Jewelry Experts.
We purchase ethically-sourced gold and silver through the largest and most respected suppliers from Italy and Turkey who adhere to and enforce the standards on jewelry manufacturing.
When can I get the information about my package online?
Normally, as for the shipments by DHL, UPS, USPS, FEDEX and EMS, you can get the information about your packages online within 2 days after we ship them out.
